One of the most frequent questions that we receive refers to the preparation of the land that will host a mobile home, and the answer is the following: the only condition that the respective land must meet is to be leveled and leveled (compacted) beforehand, to prevent uncomfortable situations that may arise later due to the changes that the soil may undergo over time.
